I love when I watch a movie, and then at the end, before the credits, there is an update about the actual people portrayed in the movie.

What?! That was a true story?!

Yeah, I love that. Well, sort of, I don't want the messed up stories to be true (like this movie), but yeah, I love that!

Anyway, I thought this movie was very good, thanks to good acting.

Kitties, again

Lu is doing much better now that she is eating special for for urinary issues. I'm so relieved! I was concerned that she was going to be living her little feline life in pain, and I wasn't going to allow that.

Separate Kitties

So Zeus and Lu are still being kept apart. Lu is doing so much better with her UTI, and she eats and drinks more now that she has her own dishes. It's only been a week with these changes, but I'm trying everything.

I went to MudBay with my husband, and we asked about wet foods. The man who helped us seemed knowledgeable, and helped us to pick a good wet food with cranberries and blueberries in it. We wound up getting Wellness cat food, chicken flavor. We also grabbed some In Clover Flow, for UT health. They are little treats that help to sooth the urinary tract of the cat. I'm hoping this helps our Lulu feel better.

Sad Car

I was just the passenger, but my husband was driving my car when some chick hit us. Cop came, got all info, and told her it was her fault. Did all the insurance crap and that’s done. Tomorrow I call the auto body shop and get that taken care of. Won’t cost us anything, cause we have Allstate and accident forgiveness, so our deductible is covered. Still, my citrus colored car is sad and hurt, and she only has barely over 5k miles on her. She’s too young to know this kind of pain :P

Nobody was hurt, not even any airbags went off. Just an annoying inconvenience. 

True Blood, 2nd time around

With the final season of True Blood starting soon, I decided to watch all the episodes again, from the start. I have to admit, I'm liking the second time through more than the first. I like the anticipation, and I am enjoying recognizing hints as to what is coming in the story. This show is crazy! I am gonna miss the hell out of it.

30 days of BS, and curbing the bitch

So freakin' stressed! Actually, I'm not now, but I sure as hell was for a few weeks. When that happens, I have a tendency to turn up the bitchitude (borrowed from Angry Black Bitch). Since my mom raised me to believe that I have to shut the hell up if I'm not going to say something nice, I chose to do just that. No, not say something nice.. shut the hell up.

I used to not realize this was how I would react to stress, and make everyone suffer because of it. Now, if I want to unleash, rest assured I know I'm doing it, and you have earned the tongue lashing that ensues. I didn't have to do that this past month. At least, I chose not to. I managed to curb the bitch in me.

For the next few weeks, I'll be getting ready to go on vacation, so maybe the focus on the vacation will help. I sure as hell hope so. Here's to the next 30 days!
